Description The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to seek a contractor to provide material and labor for the installation of 7,300 linear feet of chain link fencing along the eastern, southern and western perimeter of the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF). The perimeter fence will connect to existing fencing as shown on the attached plan sheet. The perimeter fence is a regulatory requirement and will be used to limit ingress and egress to the facility. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 12, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility Conference Room at 39729 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, VA 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications. *Bid acceptance time is prior to 4:00 P.M.
