Construction Estimator/Project Manager
Responsibilities include performing all duties associated with the entire commercial fence estimating process and project management of commercial fence projects from pre construction thru close out.
Requirements
*A minimum of 3 years related experience in the construction fencing industry..
*Should be proficient using construction software for estimating and at utilizing online search tools and web based project retrieval.
*Good understanding of principles, methods, and techniques of architectural, civil, mechanical blue prints.
*Good oral and written communications skills
*Excellent time management and organizational skills.
*Ability to work well with clients, general contractors and other team members.

Primary Job Function:
Direct distribution and marketing operations for branch of building materials distribution organization. Manage all aspects of branch operation including sales, credit, collections, inventory, and human resources functions, in accordance with all company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Monitor overall regional market conditions and prices in order to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
· 4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred
· Minimum 5 years of prior customer service management and supervisory experience required
· Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other staff, employees, and managers
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to travel occasionally, up to 20%
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), skills at an intermediate level
